Beskrivning

Husqvarna Group is a world-leading manufacturer of innovative products and solutions for forest, park, and garden care. Our range includes chainsaws, trimmers, robotic lawn mowers, and ride-on mowers. The Group is also a leader in Europe in garden watering and a world leader in cutting equipment and diamond tools for the construction and stone industries.
We are looking for a Transport Analyst to join our Global Transport team and play a central role in enabling data-driven decision-making across our global transportation operations. Do you want to combine your passion for data with a genuine understanding of logistics and transportation? Then this might be the role for you.
About the team
Based in Huskvarna, our Global Transport team manages all overseas transportation for the Husqvarna Group, as well as road transport across Europe and distribution in the Nordic and Baltic regions. As a strategic indirect sourcing function within Global Operations, we define the category strategy for transportation, consolidate the Group's volumes to maximize buying power, and serve as the last escalation point for transport-related matters across the organization.
The team currently consists of Transport Managers, Specialists, and Analysts distributed around the world in a matrix organization. We drive continuous improvement across our global logistics network, monitor performance through KPI follow-up on cost, quality, and service levels, and lead procurement processes from strategy to implementation. Continuous collaboration with Finance, Order Management, Sales, and Aftermarket teams is key to our success.
What you’ll do
In this role, you will be the analytical backbone of Global Transport — the hub when it comes to creating insights and clarity in our global transportation data. Through cross-functional collaboration, you will develop data models and build solutions that turn complexity into actionable decisions. As part of this role, you will turn numbers into insights that drive development forward.
In short, you will:
Develop Husqvarna’s model for transport performance and transparency within the Global Transport scope — covering Delivery Accuracy (OTIF), Transport Cost, Lead Time, CO₂ emissions, and volume/spend development.
Work closely with IT and the Digitalization team to develop and maintain transport data models, integrations, and data governance, ensuring consistency and quality across systems and regions.
Be the representative for Global Transport in Husqvarna’s Business Intelligence network, acting as the requirements owner towards BI Alliance and internal report development teams.
Set the business requirements for clear reporting and storytelling – providing visibility by lane, region, carrier and deviation root cause.
Drive improvement initiatives and support the business in data, reducing reliance on ad-hoc analysis and building stakeholder confidence in transport data.
Support strategic sourcing and tender processes by providing data baselines, volume analyses, and spend benchmarks for RFQs and supplier evaluations.
Provide data inputs for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with logistics service providers and internal KPI reviews.
Coordinate onboarding and training for Super Users to ensure adoption and self-service capability across the organization.
This position is based in Huskvarna. We offer a hybrid working model with an opportunity to work 20% from home.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is analytical, curious, and thrives in a role where you get to combine strategy with hands-on operational work. To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
Strong experience in data management within logistics, transportation, supply chain, or a related field.
Proficiency in Power BI or similar visualization tools.
Advanced Excel skills.
Understanding of transport KPIs such as OTIF, cost per unit/lane, fill rates, transit times, and CO₂ tracking.
Ability to work cross-functionally, collaborating with Finance, Order Management, Sales, IT, and external logistics service providers.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
A degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or equivalent is valued but not required if compensated by relevant experience.
Your work is characterized by:
Goal-orientation — you don’t just report data, you identify patterns, flag anomalies, and propose improvements.
Organization — you work in a structured way and drive processes forward independently.
Accountability — you take ownership of your deliverables and follow through.
Service-mindedness — you have a collaborative, service-oriented attitude and enjoy enabling others through data.
Why Husqvarna?
At Husqvarna, we are a global team of pioneers, shaping great experiences through cutting-edge technologies and innovative products and services. Being a large global group, we are a dynamic mix of people with different backgrounds, skills and experiences. Working here, you will be part of a creative hub for innovative and passionate minds, with great future development opportunities.

What happens next?
In this process we apply ongoing selection, meaning we’ll continuously review applications and if we see you as a potential candidate we will contact you for an initial interview, and inform you about additional steps in the process — such as additional interviews, assessments, reference checks, and introduction. If you do not progress in the process, you will be informed of this no later than when the position has been filled.
