Our client is seeking an experienced Senior UI Designer to join a dynamic digital transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional visual design expertise, strong systems-thinking capabilities, and a creative, exploratory mindset. This role involves designing intuitive user interfaces while contributing to the evolution of a scalable design system that supports multiple brands and digital platforms.
The successful consultant will leverage AI-assisted workflows to enhance consistency, accessibility, and user experience across a diverse range of digital services.
Key Responsibilities
Transform user insights, brand guidelines, and strategic design principles into effective and visually compelling interface solutions.
Develop scalable interface designs by applying a systematic and holistic design approach.
Support the assessment, selection, and implementation of third-party digital solutions by contributing to requirements gathering and solution evaluations.
Assist in building, maintaining, and evolving a resilient design system that can be utilized across multiple products and platforms.
Utilize design tokens, including typography, color schemes, spacing, and component standards, to ensure alignment between design and development teams.
Embed accessibility standards and inclusive design practices throughout the design lifecycle, ensuring compliance with WCAG guidelines.
Partner closely with developers, product stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver practical and technically feasible UI solutions.
Contribute to the adoption and enhancement of AI-enabled workflows within design and development processes.
Produce high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design concepts that support product vision and user needs.
Promote consistency, usability, and design excellence across digital touchpoints.

Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows is highly desirable.
